We have suffered from slow payers for some time, and being a Professional Services Company we have been very reluctant to hand out late payers to third parties thinking that we will lose the client as a result. That means that we have, effectively, been acting as an interest free banking facility for some of our clients for some time now. One client went bump on us and we were then forced to address the whole issue as the cashflow started to get very tight. It was then we called in Colin and the team at Cardinal. I kick myself in hindsight that it took a client to go bust to make us address this. Colin's team of collectors and paralegals has made a huge difference to our cashflow much quicker than I had anticipated. We rode the cashflow issues and are now in a far stronger position, and we never did lose any clients!
